We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, persistent, and can communicate confidently with a strong customer service mindset. 

Under direction, is responsible for performing advanced work in the purchase of a large variety of complex commodities and/or services of a specialized nature. 

We are seeking procurement staff person to purchase parts and materials. Basic Knowledge of accounting, basic computer skills. Position entails meeting with sales representatives to ensure materials are received in a timely manner. Full time position with all benefits. 

-Placing purchasing orders with vendors

-Generating purchase orders and transmitting purchase orders to suppliers

-Maintain purchase order and purchasing process documentation

-Produce inventory and purchasing reports

-Research best suppliers

-Match purchase orders to invoices from vendors

-Quality management of parts

-Ensure on-time delivery of parts

Requirements:

• Sufficient knowledge of Consumer Sales policies and procedures

• Experience in customer service, procurement, purchasing, contract administration or a related area

• Strong analytical skills and good understanding of business objectives 

• Willingness to provide process improvement ideas, and attention to detail

• Ability to hit the ground running, work with a team and be proactive 

• Must be available to work flexible schedule, overtime, weekends
